Observers
Surecatch offers a powerful data observation feature called Observers which is comprised of different types- Behaviour, IP Range, Geolocation to observe the visitors. The more you observe your site visitors, the more you know to help drive a better outcome
Segments
Segment is an advanced filter that helps filter data based on various properties. It allows you to select an operation on the filtered data, which can then be turned into a block. This block represents the profiles that match the filter criteria and can be viewed accordingly
Conversations
Surecatch enables different conversations to gather user input. You can set up a conversation by adding questions and then define the configuration for displaying these questions. This setup captures user input effectively
Integrations
This feature allows to import and export data seamlessly. You can set up the host, port, add credentials, and then map the data you wish to import or export. The integrations can be applied to segments, with various background jobs working behind the scenes
Webhooks
Surecatch also offers a powerful Webhooks feature, which includes both incoming and outgoing webhooks. Incoming Webhooks allow external systems to send data into Surecatch while as Outgoing Webhooks allow to send data to external systems in real time
